The Operations Specialist plays a critical role in developing, scaling, and maintaining the operational frameworks and data integrity protocols that support business needs. This position sits at the intersection of process architecture and data governance, acting as the bridge between client incidents/inquiries and internal technical teams.
Moving away from manual data manipulation, the Operations Specialist focuses on executing advanced system reconciliations, managing real-time automated alerts, and diagnosing root-cause data anomalies before they impact downstream consumer environments. As a primary operational anchor, this role coordinates process rollouts, authors comprehensive SOPs, manages vendor deliverables, and collaborates with cross-functional project teams to ensure technical requirements and operational risks are deeply evaluated during initial planning phases.

- Proactively monitor data for risks to prevent escalations
- Maintain open availability via CRM tools while ensuring all official incidents are documented and escalated through the appropriate tools and channels
- Stakeholder Management & Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to explain and enforce data file submission requirements
- Represent operations on cross-functional project teams, contributing early requirements and identifying operational risks

- Monitor, triage, and route critical automated system alerts in real time
- Proactively investigate and resolve complex data inconsistencies to ensure clean delivery to downstream platforms
- Trace root causes of systemic data intake errors, applying updates to prevent recurring issues
What You Bring
- Advanced knowledge of how structured data ingests, validates, and flows through automated master platforms into downstream consumer databases
- Complete comprehension of technical dataset structures, formatting parameters (Excel, CSV, TXT), and relational variances across retailer, distributor, and manufacturer landscapes
- Deep understanding of workflow design, gap analysis frameworks, and standard operating procedure (SOP) design logic
- Foundational principles of early risk identification, impact assessment, and mitigation mapping within cross-functional project environments
- Fluent English communication (French is a plus)
- At least 3 years of experience working directly with clients focused on customer satisfaction
- Availability to work Mountain Time Zone - able to work flexible hours
- SQL query experience is a plus
