Informatica Middleware Specialist

Title: Informatica Middleware Consultant
Location: Orlando, FL (90% Remote - Must reside in Florida)
Salary / Pay Range: Up to $145/hr for ideal candidate

Our client is seeking an Informatica Middleware Consultant to support the buildout of a new cloud-based middleware environment as part of two major enterprise initiatives, including a new ERP implementation and a new HR/Payroll system. This role will play a key part in helping transition the organization from an on-premises environment to the cloud using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations in complex environments and will work closely with internal technical teams throughout the implementation and build phases. This opportunity is ideal for someone comfortable working across both ETL/data integration and API/integration development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)

• Experience designing and building enterprise integrations in complex environments

• Experience supporting cloud migration initiatives from on-premise infrastructure

• Background working with ERP and HR/Payroll system integrations

• Experience with ETL/data integration and/or API-based integrations

• Ability to work closely with internal business and technical teams during implementation phases

• Strong troubleshooting and support experience for integration environments

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Oracle and SAP environments

• Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations

• Experience integrating HRIS or payroll platforms

• Prior middleware modernization experience

• Experience working in hybrid cloud enterprise environments

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support new integrations within Informatica IICS

• Help architect and implement the organization’s new cloud-based middleware environment

• Develop interfaces supporting new ERP and HR/Payroll initiatives

• Support both ETL/data movement and API/integration development efforts

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather integration requirements and define technical solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues during implementation and testing phases

• Assist with migration efforts from on-premise to cloud-based integration architecture

• Ensure integrations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards
