Job Summary:
The Federal Incentive Analyst provides support to EPA, DOE, and other federal granting agencies in implementing Highland’s or their partner’s awards.
Responsibilities will include:
Conducting research
Compiling and organizing data
Preparing and submitting documents
Coordinating with internal departments
Engaging with agency partners
Assisting with performance and financial reporting
Serving as a resource to the Market Development team, supporting special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Self-motivated: proactively assume responsibilities, with ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to collaborate across departments within the company
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Interest or prior knowledge of electric vehicles, transportation, and/or energy a plus
