- Language: Advanced or fluent English and Spanish. Both languages are mandatory, as the professional will communicate directly with clients and international teams.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced AIS Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform and Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions to support digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients across Latin America.
The professional will be responsible for designing and implementing production-grade Agentic AI solutions using technologies such as Vertex AI, Agent Development Kit, Agent Engine, LangChain, and multi-agent architectures.
This position requires a senior technical and consultative profile, with the ability to engage directly with clients, executive stakeholders, global teams, and sales organizations. The professional must understand business challenges, translate them into technical solutions, and act as a trusted advisor throughout cloud modernization and Artificial Intelligence adoption journeys.
Key Responsibilities
• Advise enterprise clients on digital transformation and cloud technology adoption initiatives.
• Define application, data, and solution modernization strategies using Google Cloud Platform.
• Design and implement production-grade Agentic AI solutions.
• Develop solutions using Vertex AI, Agent Development Kit – ADK, Agent Engine, and LangChain.
• Design intelligent workflows and multi-agent system architectures.
• Support Machine Learning initiatives, including feature engineering, data validation, and model monitoring.
• Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients.
• Lead technical, strategic, and executive workshops.
• Identify business requirements and translate them into technical architectures and solutions.
• Support clients in defining strategic roadmaps for Google Cloud and Artificial Intelligence adoption.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the development and presentation of value propositions, innovative solutions, and business cases.
• Support clients in defining project success criteria and key performance indicators.
• Provide visibility into cloud consumption, solution adoption, and achieved outcomes.
• Support the validation of technical and business benefits generated by implemented solutions.
• Work with multinational clients, global teams, and multicultural environments.

• Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform – GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Vertex AI.

Expected Professional Profile
We are looking for a senior professional with strong experience in Google Cloud and Generative Artificial Intelligence who can combine deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and client relationship capabilities.
The professional must be able to act as a trusted advisor, lead technical and executive discussions, support digital transformation journeys, and deliver Agentic AI solutions in enterprise production environments.
The role also requires the ability to identify opportunities, develop value propositions, support sales teams, and demonstrate the technical and financial results generated by implemented solutions.
What Must Be Included in the Resume
