Responsibilities:The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting qualified talent to meet the organization's workforce needs. This role leverages a variety of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks and strategic search methodologies to build and maintain robust talent pipelines. Working closely with recruitment and hiring teams, the Sourcing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting recruiting initiatives and enhancing the candidate experience while promoting the organization's employer brand.
