Job description

FreedUp is excited to announce an opening for a Remote Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be a vital part of our EA team, placed as the dedicated right hand to a Partner at one of our client companies, a growing professional services firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, discreet, comfortable synthesizing information into clear written summaries, and excited to become a true extension of an executive's day-to-day.

In this role, we are seeking an EA- Bookkeeper, who will oversee invoicing, billing, handle accounts payable and receivable while providing consistent financial reporting. The ideal candidate is proficient in using financial tools like QuickBooks and can ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers and has a keen eye for detail.
