Job description

About the Role

The company is seeking an experienced, highly capable Executive Assistant to support its CEO. This is a senior-level partnership role, not a traditional administrative position.

The ideal candidate will develop a strong understanding of the CEO’s priorities, exercise independent judgment, and serve as a trusted extension of the executive office. Candidates should have proven experience supporting senior executives or US-based clients and demonstrate the ability to manage responsibilities proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume inbox and calendar with strong judgment, prioritizing critical matters and independently handling routine items.

  • Develop a deep understanding of executive priorities and proactively identify urgent, important, or time-sensitive matters.

  • Support daily business operations with operational insight rather than simply completing assigned tasks.

  • Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and logistics across multiple time zones.

  • Represent the CEO professionally in communications with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

  • Use AI tools and business software, including Google Workspace and Excel, to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Communicate clearly and diplomatically, ensuring important decisions and updates reach leadership at the right time.
