In this role, you’ll strengthen sales disciplines, enhance onboarding experiences, and drive consistent adoption of training, systems, tools, and processes across both service and project sales teams.

This position sits at the intersection of sales, training, operations, and project management—making it ideal for someone who thrives on building structure, improving performance, and helping teams succeed.

If you enjoy creating scalable programs, collaborating cross-functionally, and enabling sales teams to perform at a higher level, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Sales Training & Enablement

  • Coordinate and execute sales training initiatives, including rollout and reinforcement of the Sandler sales methodology
  • Partner with sales leadership to drive consistency in sales disciplines, behaviors, and execution
  • Support ongoing adoption of CRM systems, sales tools, and standardized sales processes

Onboarding & Development

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve structured onboarding programs for new service and project sales representatives
  • Help accelerate new hire ramp-up through clear onboarding milestones, training plans, and progress tracking
  • Ensure a consistent onboarding experience across regions and teams

Program & Project Management

  • Manage multiple concurrent sales enablement initiatives, timelines, communications, and deliverables
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and Training teams to align programs with business goals
  • Standardize and document best practices to create repeatable and scalable sales processes

Performance & Process Improvement

  • Track and report on training effectiveness, onboarding progress, and sales process adoption
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend scalable solutions to improve productivity and results
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve enablement programs and sales effectiveness

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, project management, or a related field
  • Experience supporting or implementing formal sales methodologies
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across teams and levels
  • Experience developing training programs, onboarding processes, or operational playbooks
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Passion for developing people and improving sales performance
  • Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 5%)
