As an Associate Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will play a key supporting role in helping NTT DATA maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards within the global IT landscape. Working alongside experienced compliance professionals, you will contribute to regulatory research, compliance monitoring, policy development, and risk management initiatives that help safeguard the organization's reputation and operations.

Reporting to a manager or senior team member, you will support compliance activities that ensure NTT DATA continues to operate responsibly, ethically, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct research on global, regional, and industry-specific regulations that impact the IT sector.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on business operations.
  • Support the preparation, maintenance, and organization of compliance documentation, reports, regulatory filings, audit records, and related materials.
  • Assist with compliance monitoring activities, including tracking initiatives, supporting internal audits, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Contribute to the review and enhancement of compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain compliance databases, training records, incident logs, and other relevant documentation.
  • Participate in compliance training and development programs to strengthen your knowledge of regulatory frameworks and best practices.
  • Help identify compliance risks, control gaps, and potential vulnerabilities.
  • Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation plans and corrective actions.
  • Assist with reviewing contracts, agreements, and third-party arrangements to verify compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Professional compliance certifications such as CCEP, CISSP, CRCM, or similar certifications are advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
  • Exposure to risk management principles and practices.

Required Experience

  • Foundational knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including data protection, antitrust, export control, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
  • Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal, regulatory, risk, or governance-related roles.
  • Exposure to compliance auditing, reporting, record management, and documentation processes.
  • Experience or understanding of working within a global, matrixed organization is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the IT services or technology sector is beneficial.
