Job description

Support Consultant   

Location: Remote (US- Eastern/Central preferred)

What You'll Do:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Togetherwork's platform for Microsoft Dynamics 365-based software and related applications.  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support requests.  
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to identify, analyze and resolve issues. 
  • Deliver excellent customer service while documenting issues and resolutions.  

Responsibilities for this role include: 

  • Troubleshooting customer issues related to Dynamics 365 and integrated partner applications.  
  • Responding to support tickets and emails in a timely manner.  
  • Diagnosing software defects and configuration issues.  
  • Creating detailed documentation and escalating complex issues when necessary.  
  • Collaborate with internal and external  
  • Assisting customers with system configuration and best practices.  
  • Lead calls with customers to review and document issues. 

What You'll Bring:

  • 1+ years of experience supporting SaaS applications, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Sales Force experience (preferred).  
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role. 
  • Experience using AI tools in a service delivery highly preferred. 
  • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Ability to manage multiple customer issues simultaneously.  
  • Customer-focused mindset.  
  • Zendesk preferred

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Salary Range

$55,000- $60,000
