- Language: Advanced or fluent English and Spanish. Both languages are mandatory, as the professional will communicate directly with clients and international teams.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Program Manager to lead complex cloud transformation programs across the LATAM region.
The professional will serve as the primary connection between technical teams, business stakeholders, clients, and executive leadership. This role requires the ability to manage multiple interdependent projects while ensuring delivery, governance, risk mitigation, financial control, and measurable business value.
The ideal candidate combines strong Program and Project Management experience with business acumen, executive stakeholder management, and a solid technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, data platforms, application modernization, and cloud-native environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead complex cloud transformation programs composed of multiple interdependent projects and workstreams.
• Define and maintain the governance structure for large-scale cloud programs.
• Plan, monitor, and control program scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate multiple technical teams, business areas, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies according to project requirements.
• Establish executive monitoring models, performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting routines.
• Identify program risks in advance and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Manage financial controls, budgets, forecasts, and program-related expenditures.
• Lead change management activities associated with cloud transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate strategic meetings, steering committees, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment between technical teams, business areas, and executive sponsors.
• Support conflict resolution, negotiation, and decision-making across different workstreams.
• Connect program deliverables with the client’s strategic and business objectives.
• Support the development and evaluation of business cases, ROI, TCO, and financial benefits related to cloud initiatives.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and technical specialists to understand technical risks, dependencies, and delivery impacts.
• Ensure successful program delivery while maintaining quality, governance, transparency, and business value.
Mandatory Requirements
• Solid experience in Program Management and Project Management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale programs composed of multiple simultaneous projects or workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Practical experience with Scrum environments, preferably as a Scrum Master or Program Manager working with Agile teams.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Experience establishing governance models for complex programs.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, issue management, dependency management, and change management.
• Experience with financial and budget management for programs or large projects.
• Experience preparing executive reports, KPIs, dashboards, and program status presentations.
• Proven ability to anticipate risks and implement mitigation plans before they affect cost, schedule, scope, or quality.
• Strong experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience communicating with technical teams, business leaders, directors, vice presidents, executive sponsors, and C-level stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating strategic meetings and executive-level discussions.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and expectation management skills.
• Advanced or fluent English.
• Advanced or fluent Spanish.

The professional must be capable of leading complex cloud and digital transformation programs in large corporate environments while ensuring successful delivery and measurable value for the client.
