Project description:

StarMAP (Strategic Asset Management & Portfolio Management) is our customers Group-wide initiative to standardize and digitize the asset management process in the distribution grid companies (DSOs). StarMAP supports the structured planning, prioritization and management of investments in energy networks in order to create the greatest possible benefit for customers, society and shareholders.

Object of service: 

Independent provision of a separate service/work package "StarMAP Configuration Management" by the contractor. The aim is to create, maintain, version, technically implement, validate and document the transfer of configuration artifacts for the StarMAP Standard Factory. The activities relate to the central standard configuration, language-specific configuration versions and local DSO configuration adjustments. The Contractor owes the work results described below; The contractor organises the type, sequence and concrete implementation on its own responsibility within the framework of agreed milestones.

Work results to be demarcated:

1. Configuration Analysis: Documented assessment of aligned business requirements with regard to impact on standard, language, and local DSO configurations.

2. Configuration authoring: Create, maintain, and version configuration files for standard, language, and local DSO instances.

3. Technical implementation: Implementation of the agreed configuration changes in the relevant environments, including comprehensible documentation of the changes.

4. Deployment Package: Documented end-to-end configuration deployment flow, including handover artifacts and configuration statuses.

5. Validation: Creation and maintenance of suitable test scripts as well as documented review of configuration results.

6. Deviation processing: Analysis, correction and documentation of configuration-related defects and change requirements within the commissioned scope of services.

7. Handover documentation: Structured knowledge and results documentation for handover to BDO/BizDevOps after acceptance of the work results
