The Raytheon team is looking to hire a remote Supplier Performance Analyst who will oversee several of our Third-Party Supplier Management (TPSM) services.  You will use your project and data management skills to analyze post purchase order documentation, provide summaries and prepare briefings/reports to relevant stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Overseeing Third Party Supplier Management (TPSM) services execution and driving process improvement opportunities through lean manufacturing concepts and principles
• Lead highly complex TPSM relationship issues regarding Tier 1-4 issues
  Oversee TPSM compliance with contract requirements. 
• Coordinate and manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) with the TPSM service providers
• Collaborate between the TPSM Service providers and Raytheon Procurement, factory and program offices to ensure purchase orders meet contractual obligations.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience is work in procurement, supplier management, contracts, purchasing and/or data management
• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience working within a Third-Party Supplier Management environment.
• Data Analytics experience
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) Experience
• Aerospace/Defense/Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry Experience
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers
• Demonstrated organizational skills in high paced complex environment with multiple competing internal and external customers.

Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
