Job Description

Responsibilities

In our online health support business, you will mainly be responsible for:

• Conducting online consultations based on health checkup results (using Zoom, etc.)
  
• Explaining checkup results, evaluating health risks, and providing lifestyle improvement advice
  
• Providing specific health guidance (depending on your preferences and suitability)
  
• Recommending secondary examinations and coordinating with online medical services
  
• Collecting user surveys and performing simple data organization
  
• Providing feedback for program improvement
  
• Participating in internal meetings for service planning and improvement (optional)
  

Note: The role is primarily remote and online-based, but occasional office visits or event participation may be required (rare).

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Certified public health nurse license
  
• Experience in at least one of: explaining health checkup results, health guidance, or occupational health
  
• Basic PC skills (Zoom, Excel, email, etc.)
  
• Foreign language ability sufficient to explain health checkup results to non-Japanese users
  
  (Vietnamese, Chinese, or English is especially welcome)
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience providing specific health guidance
  
• Interest in health activities using ICT
  
• Flexible attitude toward working in a venture or on new business initiatives

Benefits

Employment Type: Full-time employee (3-month probation period)

Working Hours: Flexible hours (no core time)

Salary & Conditions: ¥4M–¥5M per year
