Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Testing and Quality Assurance Analyst to support the testing and validation of healthcare technology solutions within a large-scale digital transformation environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive test strategies, creating and executing test scenarios, scripts, and test cases, and validating that applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements. This role requires close collaboration with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and secure software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience performing quality assurance activities within healthcare environments, including testing administrative and clinical information systems. Responsibilities include validating business processes, ensuring data integrity, identifying and tracking defects, supporting system integration and user acceptance testing, and verifying application configurations. Experience testing authentication and identity management solutions, particularly OpenID Connect (OIDC) across desktop and mobile platforms, is essential. The candidate should possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle while ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements.



Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Software Quality Assurance, Computer Science, or Application Development (proof required)
  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing test scenarios, test scripts, and test cases in a project environment
  • 5+ years of QA experience in a healthcare environment, testing administrative and/or clinical information systems
  • 3+ years of experience testing healthcare software solutions, including business process and data validation
  • 3+ years of experience working as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a healthcare environment
  • 3+ years of experience testing OpenID Connect (OIDC) authentication, including desktop and mobile workflow validation
  • Strong experience with functional and non-functional testing
  • Experience validating application configuration, authentication workflows, and data integrity
  • Ability to provide multiple project examples demonstrating the required healthcare QA and OpenID Connect testing experience
  • Must be available to work full-time remotely from within Canada for the entire contract duration.
