About the Role

We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer to execute the visual and experiential quality of custom training courses for our Fortune 500 clients. This is a hands-on production role with a strong collaborative element: part visual storyteller, part interactive UX/UI designer, and part production pipeline manager. You'll also work directly with clients and stakeholders, presenting creative concepts, gathering feedback, and confidently communicating design decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Typical Project Flow

Storyboard

Partner with the Creative Director and Instructional Designers to translate scripted outlines into comprehensive interactive storyboards using Figma.

Creation

Design and build high-quality visual, audio, video, and animation assets using the full suite of Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

Handoff

Package, clean, and finalize creative assets for seamless integration by Storyline developers and production staff.

  • Manage: Oversee the asset handoff process by preparing clean design files and clear implementation guidelines for production staff and developers.

  • Present: Communicate creative concepts, gather feedback, and confidently articulate design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven design experience translating complex content into engaging visual and interactive experiences.

  • Portfolio: Demonstrated expertise in visual design, illustration, motion graphics, and/or interactive media, with a strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, motion design, and UI/UX fundamentals. eLearning experience is preferred but not required.

  • Tools: Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

  • Fundamentals: Deep understanding of user-centered design, visual hierarchy, typography, data visualization, and accessibility (WCAG).
