As our Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be a people-focused leader who empowers, coaches, and supports your team to succeed through clear expectations, regular feedback, and a strong focus on growth and development. 

 

You will oversee all aspects of team leadership, including performance management, resource planning, goal setting, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the team. You’ll ensure processes and minimum standards are consistently followed while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, driving productivity, and helping create a culture where people can thrive. 

  

This is a full-time position based out of our Toronto, Canada office on a hybrid basis, with the opportunity to work from home two days per week. The salary range for this position is $70,000–$74,000 CAD, plus a competitive benefits package and a range of excellent perks. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Experience managing a high-performing sales team, with a proven ability to achieve targets and KPIs 

  • Exposure to the travel industry and/or call center operations 

  • Previous team management experience, including training, coaching, and developing team members 

  • Management training and/or qualifications are advantageous 

  • Personal and/or professional travel experience within our destinations 

  • Experience using and understanding computer reservation systems and CRMs 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Excellent communication skills
