Job Description

As a Product Owner for our Resource Planning domain, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of capabilities that help organizations effectively plan, allocate, and optimize their workforce. You will work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and customers to translate business needs into valuable product outcomes while ensuring that our solutions deliver measurable impact across project and resource management processes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or a similar product-focused role.
  • Strong experience working in Agile software development environments.
  • Experience defining and managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to balance business priorities, customer needs, and technical considerations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX, and Customer Success.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with ERP, Enterprise SaaS, Resource Planning, Workforce Management, Project Management, or Scheduling solutions.
  • Understanding of resource allocation, capacity planning, staffing, project execution, or professional services processes.
  • Experience translating complex business processes into scalable software solutions.
  • Familiarity with data-driven product management and product analytics.
  • Experience working in a global and distributed product organization.
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted product management tools and modern software delivery practices.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with project-centric ERP solutions.
  • Experience working with Planning, Scheduling, Workforce Management, PSA (Professional Services Automation), or Resource Management products.
  • Pragmatic, Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe POPM, or similar product certifications.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud-based software architectures.

Salary range: 126,774 - 210,897 PLN
