Job Description
At GroundIQ, we are transforming how engineers understand the subsurface, combining advanced ground imaging with geotechnical data to help asset owners decide faster and smarter about what lies beneath. As part of Fugro, we pair the reach of a global leader with the pace of a new venture team that works AI first.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own a major part of the GroundIQ platform: the workspace where engineers bring ground data together, interpret it, and turn it into design-ready outcomes. You own the strategy and roadmap for this area, influence the wider product direction, and set the pace for how it is delivered.
Your role
You own the strategy, roadmap, and growth of the workspace within the GroundIQ platform;
You lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and validation through launch, adoption, and scale;
You prioritise high-impact customer problems using research, user feedback, and product analytics;
You define and track KPIs and OKRs to drive activation, retention, and revenue expansion;
You contribute to how we package and price the platform as it commercializes;
You partner with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align product development with go-to-market objectives;
You champion product excellence, mentor Product Managers, and foster a high-performance product culture.
Your track record
You have a masterβs degree in a technical, business, or innovation-related field and 8+ years in product management, including lead or senior roles on SaaS or subscription products;
You hold a track record of taking product areas from discovery to adoption and scale;
You are fluent in SaaS metrics, and confident contributing to pricing and packaging decisions;
You are skilled at balancing customer insight, technical feasibility, and commercial viability;
You possess strong stakeholder management and change leadership;
You have an in-depth understanding of geotechnical investigations and subsurface data flows (a strong advantage).
