Summary
OneStream is seeking Senior Product Managers to lead strategic initiatives, manage complex product areas, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will leverage deep business acumen and market insights to define and evolve mid-term visions, influence business cases, and anticipate market trends. You will own product domains, ensure roadmap alignment with business objectives, guide cross-functional teams, and represent the voice of the customer at an executive level.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand the Office of the CFO, roles and responsibilities, and build business cases to influence direction.
- Define and evolve mid-term product visions that align with the long-term vision of the company; anticipate market/competitor trends.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product area and related personas; able to demo and be the go-to person for questions.
- Understand entire product and related solutions at a high level; in-depth knowledge of related areas and personas.
- Partner on platform and product technical designs; guide tech debt trade-offs and manage roadmap impact from technical decisions.
- Manage stakeholders beyond QA/Dev/Scrum (PreSales, SCs, Consultants, Support); negotiate alignment and drive consensus across teams.
- Lead segment/market discovery related to product domain; anticipate emerging needs and lead 1:1 customer calls.
- Communicate vision across organization; executive-ready storytelling; present at All Hands, Splash, Webinars, Enablement Sessions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally; set standards for interaction and best practices; closely collaborate with Commercialization.
- Mentor BAs and other PMs; set best practices; influence cross-functional leadership; aid QA and DEV education cross-functionally.
- Actively seek feedback from multiple sources; use information to improve decisions; proactively take on new projects and explore innovation opportunities; foresee and mitigate roadmap impacts from strategic shifts.
- Reframe problems and make strategic trade-offs at product level; maximize customer value and satisfaction; assess priorities across unrelated stakeholders; deliver creative solutions.
- Collaborate with GPM, influence and execute on multi-release roadmap; drive cross-team alignment; adjust plans based on priority changes; negotiate priorities.
- See not just the short term but how features fit into long-term vision; understand dependencies and issues that could arise later; own product area/domain.
- Run multiple project deliveries; unblock teams; improve processes; partner on product launch strategy; involved in longer-term roadmap execution; mitigate and manage delivery risks; ensure delivery fits with larger product.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology or similar.
- 7-12 years of experience in Corporate Performance Management (CPM), Product Management, solutions delivery, business analysis, training, and documentation management.
- Experience with CPM applications such as OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, SAP, or other CPM solutions.
- Hands-on technical experience with CPM domains: financial modeling, data integration, consolidation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of object-oriented languages such as Java and C++.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience building enterprise software solutions.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Office 365, and Microsoft Visio.
- Familiarity with flow chart software (Visio, Draw.io, Miro).
- Product Manager Certification (PMC) a plus; CPA or MBA a plus.
- Big 4 experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting terms and systems.

- Execution and delivery; runs multiple projects, unblocks teams, manages risks, ensures fit with larger product.
Supervisory Responsibilities
