What We Offer

• High Earning Potential: Our average annual income for agents is $70,000 or more, with top earners exceeding this through an uncapped commission and bonus structure. The average bundle package pays $280.00

Responsibilities:

• Meet in person with your team for daily strategy and product training.

• Conduct residential outside sales, aim for 10 sales a week and disposition assigned leads.

• Develop your customer pipeline, have proper follow ups and create good business.

• Use a variety of online platforms and systems.
