This Associated Customer Sales Manager (ACSM) position perfectly embodies that ambition, as you will support grocery categories accounting for $412M of revenue with AWG as a vital member of the Customer Business Team (CBT). The ACSM in partnership with the Customer Sales Managers (2), supports the larger Planning Shop and our AWG Sales teams with reporting, analysis, planning, and targeted recommendations to grow our business profitably. The ACSM is a key role within our total team as they support planning, forecasting, and reporting for the larger CBT. This role is positioned for someone who wants to grow their career at Kraft Heinz and challenge themselves to do better every day

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Supports customer business teams in the internal Kraft Heinz identification of category / customer business opportunities and provides recommendations into the development of plans and initiatives.

  • Forecasting: Accurate Shipper & MOD demand forecast on a monthly cadence, influenced by utilizing internal team resources & communicating additional adjustments when needed to KHC demand planners.

  • Perform detailed post promotional analysis and provide data-backed recommendations on events executed through the AWG AD Groups & individual Owner Group banners.

  • Maintain files and business documentation to thoroughly detail business transactions & manage customer A/R through timely invoice processing.

  • Provide support in conducting quarterly business reviews, joint business planning, line reviews, and “top‐to‐top” meetings with AD Group leadership & management.

  • Actively seek new ways to grow the business profitably leveraging a growth mindset

  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis with curiosity and agility, in a way that proactively uncovers business-building opportunities.

  • Owns New Item & LTO process with assigned AD Groups & customers – including sell-in support, distribution projection & quantity forecasting, and funding requests.

Expected Experience & Required Skills

  • This is a remote role  

  • Trusted to work autonomously within a team to plan, organize and set/achieve priorities

  • Clear examples of exhibiting polished interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with potential to negotiate and influence effectively

  • Tested proficiency in Microsoft Office programs in particular Excel and proprietary Sales systems

  • Clear examples of exhibiting strong analytical skills; Has the ability & experience using syndicated and/or ambiguous data to develop comprehensive business plans by analyzing category and brand performance

  • Willing to travel 10-20% out of the area as needed

Work Environment & Schedule

This position is considered a normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces Additionally, this role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations

Physical demands include but not limited to

  • Willingness to drive and/or travel as needed

  • Operate a computer and view screens for ~100% of work schedule

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$89,800.00 - $112,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
