Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain and hands-on experience with Guidewire products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements while supporting successful Guidewire implementation projects.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
5+ years of Business Analyst experience
Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain, especially Personal Lines
Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter
Guidewire Digital, DataHub, InfoCenter
Guidewire implementation experience
Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
Business Requirement Documents (BRD) & Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, Acceptance Criteria
JIRA, JWM, and Confluence
SIT, UAT, Regression & Integration Testing support

Role Summary
The Guidewire Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, architects, and QA teams to gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure successful delivery of Guidewire-based insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams.
Provide business recommendations and validate proposed solutions.
Support Guidewire implementation initiatives.
Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
Support SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing activities.
Validate implemented solutions against business requirements.
Assist in defect triage and production issue resolution.
Utilize JIRA, JWM, and Confluence for Agile project tracking and documentation.
