Job Title: Microsoft Azure Specialist
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually
Experience Required: 6+ years

Job Summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Microsoft Azure Specialist to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable Azure cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure infrastructure, AKS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, cloud security, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure cloud infrastructure and networking solutions.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Deploy and manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Implement monitoring, security, disaster recovery, and cost optimization strategies.
• Automate cloud operations using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Collaborate with development teams and mentor junior engineers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of cloud engineering experience, including 3+ years with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong experience with Azure compute, networking, storage, identity, and PaaS services.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Experience managing AKS and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Knowledge of cloud security, monitoring, and Azure best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer certification.
• Experience with hybrid cloud, FinOps, service mesh technologies, or regulated environments (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, FedRAMP).
