We're seeking a Workday Systems Analyst - Onboarding to join our team and help support, optimize, and advance the digital systems that enable our HR and workforce operations.
As a valued member of our People and Culture technology team, you'll play an important role in maintaining and improving Workday solutions that support the teammate experience across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong Workday configuration experience, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate HR and business needs into scalable, reliable system solutions.
The Workday Systems Analyst - Onboarding independently supports and leads the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of assigned Workday modules. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver thoughtful system configurations aligned with governance, enterprise standards, security, and best practices.
In this role, you'll support moderately complex initiatives, contribute to process design, and help ensure Workday solutions are reliable, secure, and designed with the teammate experience in mind. You'll also have the opportunity to evaluate emerging digital and AI-enabled capabilities that can improve HR service delivery, workforce insights, and operational effectiveness.
