Kinaxis Solution Architect

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• This role supports supply chain planning transformation initiatives through high-impact Kinaxis solution architecture. The Solution Architect will collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to advanced Kinaxis enterprise capabilities.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and map business requirements to Kinaxis capabilities.
• Prepare detailed functional design documents and solution architecture specifications.
• Conduct Show & Tell sessions with business users to demonstrate system capabilities and drive adoption.
• Develop proof of concepts (PoCs) to validate proposed solutions and architecture models.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage testing feedback through resolution.
• Provide functional support and solution guidance during go-live and hypercare phases to ensure successful deployment.

• The ideal candidate is a seasoned Kinaxis Solution Architect with deep functional and technical expertise in supply chain planning. They demonstrate exceptional communication skills when leading Show & Tell sessions, paired with a strong engineering background to build robust PoCs and design sustainable enterprise integrations.

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate needs into Kinaxis capabilities.
• Design functional architecture, author detailed design specifications, and construct proof of concepts (PoCs).
• Deliver Show & Tell sessions to business teams and facilitate end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide architectural and functional leadership during project go-live and hypercare phases.
