Description:

CTG is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to join our client's enterprise integration team. This role is ideal for an experienced integration professional with deep expertise in the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API development, and enterprise application integration. You'll design, develop, and deploy scalable APIs and integration solutions supporting critical business systems in a cloud-based environment.

 

Location: Remote
Duration: 7 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Mule 4.
  • Build scalable RESTful and SOAP APIs following API-led connectivity and best practices.
  • Develop complex data transformations using DataWeave 2.0.
  • Configure and manage APIs through API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange.
  • Develop real-time and batch integration solutions connecting cloud and on-premise applications.
  • Integrate enterprise systems using messaging technologies including Kafka, JMS, and MQ.
  • Implement secure APIs utilizing OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, and enterprise security policies.
  • Deploy and support applications in CloudHub, AWS, and Azure environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Participate in code reviews, CI/CD automation, troubleshooting, and production support.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Mule 4 development.
  • Deep expertise with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Advanced knowledge of:
    • DataWeave 2.0
    • API Manager
    • Runtime Manager
    • Exchange
  • Experience designing and developing REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience with Kafka, JMS, MQ, batch processing, and real-time integrations.
  • Cloud deployment experience with CloudHub, AWS, or Azure.
  • Proficiency with Java, Maven, Git, Jenkins, Postman, and SoapUI.
  • Experience implementing API security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, and security policies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience using Jira, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
  • MuleSoft Developer or MuleSoft Associate Certification.
  • Experience with RAML, ESB architectures, and enterprise API design.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform development.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise APIs and integrations.
  • Strong background integrating enterprise applications across cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Experience working in Agile software development environments.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • MuleSoft Developer Certification is highly desirable.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $55.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
