About the Role

As a Strategy Specialist, you will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and market success. Working closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will analyze business opportunities, lead strategic projects, and provide insights that help shape go-to-market strategies and business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of short, mid-term and long-term goals and strategic objectives for the organization

  • Develop, propose and coordinate Sales and Marketing Strategy initiatives for different market segments

  • Utilize Salesforce.com to track Strategy initiatives for activities, leads, opportunities, and sales

  • Identify, analyze, and monitor issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity

  • Analyze market research to evaluate ongoing product/market requirements and create initiatives for new business opportunities

  • Lead and coordinate strategy projects with different segments and divisions, including implementation plans and project timelines

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholder groups, ensuring clear communication and engagement throughout projects

  • Acquire knowledge of internal and competitive offerings, products, pricing, and solutions

  • Comfortable using AI tools and Tableau to drive analysis and recommendations

  • Ability to create and deliver concise, informative presentations

  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home Based - Canada ON $79,900 - $129,900 (CAD). 

Base Pay Range in Toronto, ON: $82,600 - $137,500 (CAD).



This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
