Job description

NeoWork is a remote-first staffing company that places independent contractors with clients across the US and UK. We work with specialized professional services firms and corporate teams to build flexible, skilled teams. This is a fully remote position based in Venezuela. You will manage inbound and outbound client intake for a professional services practice. You are responsible for conducting intake calls using firm protocols, gathering and organizing client information, scheduling consultations with attorneys, and routing qualified leads through the CRM system. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and a core operational function ensuring smooth handoff to legal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake calls with prospective clients following established scripts and firm procedures
  • Gather, verify, and organize client information accurately in the practice management system
  • Schedule client consultations and manage calendar logistics
  • Route intake leads to appropriate attorneys based on practice area and availability
  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM and follow up on pending leads
  • Flag conflicts of interest, jurisdictional issues, or matters outside firm scope before attorney review
  • Support phone and email communication with clients in both English and Spanish
  • Track intake metrics and report on pipeline status as needed

Requirements

  • Fluent bilingual capability in English and Spanish (verbal and written, client-facing standard)
  • Minimum 2 years legal intake, legal administration, or equivalent client-facing role in a legal or professional services setting
  • Proficiency with legal practice management systems (LawMatics, Clio, or comparable CRM platform)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling sensitive client information
  • Ability to follow scripts and procedures while maintaining professionalism and warmth with clients
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work on a stable schedule across US business hours
  • Professional phone presence and clear communication in both languages

Nice to have

  • Experience with intake call recording and documentation
  • Background in contract administration or legal operations
  • Bilingual capability in a third language
