Description

About Prosperity Now

Since 1979, Prosperity Now has been a trusted leader in strengthening financial security, expanding access to capital, and ensuring economic stability for businesses, families, and communities. We work across sectors to develop practical, scalable solutions that create lasting change. Through innovation, strategic investment, and collaboration, we build the infrastructure needed to sustain small business growth, housing opportunities, and financial well-being in an evolving economic landscape.

Position Summary

The Enterprise Integration Coordinator supports the Enterprise Integration function within the Office of the President & CEO by helping coordinate Prosperity Now's portfolio of strategic initiatives, grant-funded work, research, events, technology initiatives, and enterprise priorities. The role ensures work remains aligned with approved objectives, is realistically planned and resourced, follows governance processes, and is coordinated across the organization.

Enterprise Integration exists to optimize Prosperity Now's ability to accomplish all of its commitments, not simply to complete individual projects. It provides enterprise-wide visibility, governance, coordination, and planning so strategic initiatives remain aligned with organizational priorities, funding requirements, available capacity, and quality standards.

Rather than managing individual projects, this position helps leaders understand organizational capacity, coordinate shared resources, identify risks and dependencies, facilitate governance, and maintain visibility into the organization's portfolio of commitments.

Requirements

Enterprise Planning

  • Maintain visibility across the organization's portfolio of initiatives and major deliverables.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and organizational commitments.
  • Support portfolio review meetings and maintain portfolio dashboards.
  • Help sequence work across departments to reduce conflicts and bottlenecks.

Enterprise Governance

  • Help ensure work remains aligned with approved grant requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Identify potential scope changes and elevate them for leadership review.
  • Maintain documentation of approved changes and key governance decisions.
  • Support standardized intake, prioritization, and planning processes.

Enterprise Readiness

  • Ensure project plans include realistic time for subject matter, finance, communications, legal, executive, and partner review.
  • Monitor upcoming deadlines and identify readiness risks before they become urgent.
  • Confirm required approvals and review checkpoints are complete before major deliverables.

Enterprise Resource Coordination

  • Monitor demand on shared organizational resources including Public Affairs, Marketing, Programs, Applied Research & Policy, Finance, Technology, Business Development, and Executive Leadership.
  • Identify competing priorities and potential capacity constraints.
  • Help balance workload and recommend sequencing adjustments.

Executive Visibility & Reporting

  • Prepare portfolio dashboards, executive summaries, and briefing materials.
  • Monitor enterprise risks related to scope, timing, staffing, and dependencies.
  • Escalate issues with potential options for resolution.

Continuous Improvement

  • Improve templates, governance practices, and planning processes.
  • Support implementation of tools such as Asana and Microsoft 365.
  • Help train colleagues on Enterprise Integration practices and organizational planning.

Organizational Culture & Internal Communications

  • Model clear, collaborative and timely communication in a remote, cross-functional environment with colleagues, partners, vendors, and funders; represent Prosperity Now’s values in all interactions.
  • Take part in 1:1s, goal setting, and feedback cycles; complete required trainings and apply feedback.
  • For non-exempt compliance: record hours daily, follow overtime pre-approval, code time to the correct project
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, process management, quality assurance, consulting, nonprofit administration, organizational planning, or related field.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent judgment, diplomacy, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365; Asana experience preferred.
