  • Develop financial models that guide strategic decision-making on key P&L drivers, including where incremental investments will have the greatest impact.

  • Work closely with Sales and Product to assess the impact of incentives, promotions, and pricing changes on revenue.

  • Oversee monthly and quarterly forecasting, reporting, and spend management, providing recommendations to optimize against budget.

  • Analyze and synthesize financial results and communicate key insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Support the business in planning, and help develop team targets and OKRs.

In order to be successful, you must bring

  • 8+ years of FP&A experience.

  • Preferred experience in a public company and/or marketplace environment.

  • Experience working with Business Development and Sales teams.

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tell the story beyond the numbers.

  • Ability to translate financial analysis into clear and insightful recommendations.
