About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot CRM Administrator to support our Sales and Marketing teams by optimizing the use of HubSpot across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the HubSpot platform, maintaining CRM data integrity, improving sales processes, and driving user adoption through training and coaching.

This is a hands-on role requiring a strong understanding of HubSpot's CRM architecture, automation capabilities, and sales pipeline management. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales leadership to ensure HubSpot is configured and utilized effectively to maximize productivity and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform.
  • Design, implement, and optimize sales pipelines, lead management processes, and automated workflows.
  • Maintain the integrity of CRM data by identifying and resolving duplicate records, incomplete information, and data quality issues.
  • Conduct regular audits of leads, contacts, companies, deals, tasks, and workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance with best practices.
  • Monitor pipeline progression and identify opportunities to improve sales process adherence and CRM utilization.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to coach and train users on effective HubSpot usage and CRM best practices.
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvements to workflows, automation, reporting, and overall CRM effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support sales performance and operational decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide ongoing user support.
  • Document CRM processes, standards, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience administering CRM platforms, including at least 3 years of hands-on HubSpot administration.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, workflows, automation, pipelines, reporting, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience designing and optimizing lead management and sales processes.
  • Proven experience maintaining CRM data quality and governance.
  • Experience working directly with Sales teams to drive CRM adoption and user engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot Administrator and/or HubSpot Sales Software certifications.
  • Experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Sales Operations.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with other business applications.
  • Familiarity with CRM reporting, dashboards, and sales analytics.
  • Experience supporting B2B technology or managed services organizations.
