Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Ayurvedic consultations.

• Evaluate medical history, laboratory reports, imaging, and LYBL Supplements to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Monitor  progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR).

• Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical protocols and treatment pathways.

• Participate in clinical research, product development, and evidence generation initiatives.

• Represent LYBL in webinars, educational programs, and community outreach activities as required.

Qualifications:

• Hold an MD (Ayurveda) in a clinical specialty.

• Have 5–10 years of hands-on clinical experience in patient care.

• Possess strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.

• Are passionate about evidence-based Ayurveda and integrative medicine.

• Have excellent spoken English communication skills.

• Are comfortable conducting online consultations with international patients.

• Are computer savvy and proficient with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), spreadsheets, documentation, telemedicine platforms, and AI-enabled healthcare tools.

• Are willing to work during U.S. business hours 

• Are open to travelling to and working in the United States for extended periods.

• Have experience managing lifestyle and chronic diseases such as diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, autoimmune diseases, women's health, musculoskeletal conditions, metabolic disorders, and mental health.

• Have experience with international patients or telemedicine.
