Seeking candidates to come on as adjuncts who are interested in moving to Full Time Faculty.

Responsibilities

Teach doctoral courses in the MBA/DBA program; monitor curricula for South College and accreditor compliance; participate in course and curriculum evaluations/audits and implement recommendations; mentor doctoral students one-to-one in course as they demonstrate mastery through assessments; respond to emails and inquiries within 24 hours; grade assessments within the allotted timeframe; provide robust qualitative and quantitative feedback; and

conduct proactive and reactive outreach by email, phone, and video conferencing. Consistent direct communication in multiple modes is essential.

Education

Doctor of Business Degree

Experience

Substantial doctoral college teaching (five years or more preferred) and evaluation experience in online modalities with doctoral students; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to develop courses in competency-based education; experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies; substantial LMS experience (Canvas preferred); prior experience evaluating and/or instructing in a doctoral CBE program; professional leadership experience; and experience working with dissertation students and serving as dissertation chair or committee member.
