Innomar Strategies is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Field Operations to lead and optimize field-based operational activities across a range of programs. This role is ideal for an experienced operations leader who excels at managing teams, improving performance, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

As a key leader within the organization, you will oversee day-to-day field operations, drive continuous improvement, support program execution, and help ensure a high standard of client satisfaction. About the Role

The Senior Manager, Field Operations is responsible for leading field-based operational activities, ensuring efficient service delivery, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance performance across multiple programs. The role requires a strong balance of operational leadership, team development, client focus, and business acumen.

You will partner with internal stakeholders across functions to support seamless execution, maintain quality and compliance, and identify opportunities to improve processes, outcomes, and overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of field teams, including resource allocation, scheduling, and performance management

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and best practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality

  • Lead, mentor, and develop field professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement

  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Client Services, and Quality Assurance, to support seamless program execution and client satisfaction

  • Manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial targets

  • Identify and mitigate operational risks and develop contingency plans as needed

  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards

  • Participate in strategic planning and program development to support business growth and innovation

  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance, risks, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
    Master’s degree preferred

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in field operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device industry

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience managing field-based teams

  • Proven success managing complex operational programs and driving measurable performance improvements

  • Strong understanding of field service management, logistics, and supply chain processes

  • Experience in patient assistance programs and operational policies and processes required

  • General knowledge of reimbursement and market access landscapes

  • Strong pharmaceutical and biotechnology business knowledge, including client management and healthcare professional communications

  • Strong customer and client management background

  • Experience in operations and account management is an asset

  • Fluency in English required; French is an asset

  • Ability to travel frequently as required by the role

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required
    Overnight travel may be involved
