Description:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect with extensive expertise in Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise identity and access management solutions. This role will drive IAM architecture, governance, and security best practices while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure identity solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.

Duration: 7 months

Duties

  • Architect and implement enterprise IAM solutions using Saviynt Identity Cloud.
  • Design scalable identity governance, access management, and lifecycle management solutions.
  • Lead Saviynt implementations, upgrades, integrations, and platform enhancements.
  • Develop role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), and least-privilege access models.
  • Design automated user provisioning, deprovisioning, certification, and access review processes.
  • Integrate Saviynt with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, HR systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, compliance, and application teams to define IAM strategy and architecture.
  • Support audit, regulatory compliance, and governance initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and provide architectural guidance for future enhancements.
  • Mentor technical teams and establish IAM standards and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, and certification processes.
  • Experience designing enterprise IAM architectures.
  • Expertise with SSO, MFA, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
  • Experience integrating Saviynt with enterprise applications using APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of RBAC, SoD, privileged access concepts, and Zero Trust security principles.
  • Experience with SQL, scripting, and automation.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Experience

  • 8+ years of Identity and Access Management experience.
  • 5+ years of extensive Saviynt implementation and architecture experience.
  • Proven success leading enterprise IAM initiatives from design through deployment.
  • Experience working in highly regulated or large enterprise environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership experience.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • Saviynt, IAM, cloud, or cybersecurity certifications are highly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75.00 to $85.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
