The 3P Manufacturing & Quality Manager reports to the Supply Chain Manager South America and is accountable for leading the 3P manufacturing and quality agenda across the Brazil operation, ensuring safe, reliable, compliant and cost-effective execution through third-party manufacturers.

This role provides broader leadership, governance and decision-making across external partners and key business interfaces. It sets performance expectations, leads customer concern and risk management, develops team capability, and ensures alignment between Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain and third-party manufacturers.

The Manager owns the operating model for 3P manufacturing and quality performance, establishes the management rhythm and control framework, and drives continuous improvement, service, compliance, quality and cost competitiveness in support of short- and long-term business objectives.

Accountabilities expected from role

1.    Lead the governance framework for 3P Manufacturing & Quality, setting priorities, decision rights, blocking issue paths and performance expectations across third-party manufacturers and internal interested parties.

2.      Provide direct leadership to the team, including priority setting, coaching, performance management, capability building and succession planning, ensuring the effective operation of the function.

3.    Own the performance management system for 3P operations, establishing important metrics, review routines and corrective action governance to improve safety, quality, service, cost and operational rigor.

4.    Lead cross-functional alignment with Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Packaging Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain leadership to secure capacity, service continuity, inventory health and execution of business priorities.

5.    Act as the senior point of escalation for major supply, quality, compliance or execution risks involving third-party manufacturers, ensuring timely decision-making, containment, recovery and partner communication.

6.    Drive assurance of Quality and HSSE culture across the 3P network, ensuring conformance to global standards, policies, customer requirements, audits, action plans and management of change processes.

7.    Oversee the quality management system for the Brazil operation and ensure robust governance for deviations, non-conformances, incident investigations, corrective actions and closure of identified gaps.

8.    Own the financial management of the area, including budget control, third-party conversion cost oversight, cost reduction initiatives and productivity improvement opportunities.

9.    Ensure the right controls are in place for inventory, invoices, tax-related processes and compliance with local legislation and company procedures.

10. Represent the 3P Manufacturing & Quality agenda with senior interested parties, driving standardization, organizational capability and continuous improvement across the outsourced manufacturing network.
