Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer – AI & Agentic Automation
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $110 k + benefits

Job Description
The Senior ServiceNow Developer will develop AI-driven automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and Agentic AI capabilities to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Design AI-powered automation solutions using ServiceNow AI capabilities.
Build intelligent Virtual Agents and Agentic AI workflows.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Develop Flow Designer solutions and IntegrationHub integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and governance.
Support deployments, upgrades, and platform enhancements.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
