About This Role: 

This position provides critical, dedicated coverage for the associate manager who owns upper-funnel paid media content strategy and owned-channel ecosystem, while also carrying two high-visibility 2027 workstreams already briefed to agency partners. Because this coverage spans the peak of the 2027 planning and creative-development cycle, the role requires continuous, dedicated support -- not ad-hoc redistribution -- to keep national campaigns, content, and cultural moments moving on time and on strategy.

What You'll Do:

Paid Media Content Strategy (National / Upper Funnel)

• Own end-to-end content strategy and development for national paid media across TV/ADTV, paid social, paid digital and search, managing briefs, creative development, MLR routing, and OTIF asset trafficking.
• Serve as brand lead on always-on paid social programs, developing awareness and consideration assets across Meta and other platforms (i.e., Reddit, WebMD, Patient Point, etc.).

Owned Channels & Content Strategy

• Lead the CRM and owned-channel content strategy, including website (blog/recipe), organic social, DTC promotions, email, and loyalty program, plus the consumer-education initiative.
• Oversee content reviews and MLR routing for all DTC content, including email, website banners, landing pages, website updates, recipe content, and blog articles.
• Own monthly content-calendar planning, tentpole briefs/playbooks, and cross-functional owned-channel execution (weekly campaign execution calls, monthly content planning).
• Own paid media content strategy, including asset briefing & development, MLR routing & approvals, and trafficking, including influencer content trafficking to OpenMind for paid amplification.

2027 Campaign Evolution

• Support the expansion and creative refresh of the platform for 2027, evolving storytelling from recovery toward recovery + proactive wellness / healthy longevity, in partnership with agencies.
• Contribute to campaign briefing, concept reviews, asset development, and MLR routings timed to the Q2 ’27 campaign debut.

2027 Cultural Tentpoles

• Support development and activation of cultural tentpole platform, spanning moments such as Lifelong Learning, Community in Motion, and Active Grandparenting.
• Help translate cultural territories into always-on and moment-based content and partnership opportunities across owned, paid, and influencer channels.

Influencer & Content Creator Strategy

• Serve as the key Comms contact for Influencer team who is managing the always-on influencer/creator program (day-to-day agency relationship, annual brief, creator selection, content reviews, budget, and sampling.

Agency & Cross-Functional Management

• Act as brand point of contact for key agencies and partner across Brand Management, Medical Affairs, Creative Services, DTC, Community & Culture, and PR.

Additional Flex Coverage (Given Concurrent Team Gaps)

Given anticipated concurrent gaps across organic social, creative strategy support, and influencer during this period, this role may need to flex to work on stretch projects across the total Lifestyle Nutrition portfolio.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in brand marketing / communications, ideally in CPG, health, or nutrition
• Proven experience managing integrated paid + owned content across the funnel (TV, paid social, search, CRM, DTC, website)
• Strong agency and cross-functional management skills; comfortable owning MLR-routed deliverables and OTIF trafficking
• Ability to translate brand strategy and cultural insight into on-brand creative and content
• Highly organized, agile under tight timelines, and a clear collaborator — aligned to speed, agility, collaboration, courage

2027 is a pivotal acceleration year — scaling the brand into a Healthy Longevity growth platform through campaign evolution, cultural relevance, and portfolio navigation. These workstreams sit at the center of that plan, so dedicated coverage is essential to protect momentum on national content, owned channels, and the 2027 campaign and cultural tentpole commitments already made to agency partners.
