Requirements

  • Enterprise data architecture and systems integration experience.
  • Experience supporting IRS or other federal enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Strong experience migrating legacy mainframe data structures.
  • Experience with ALC and RTF data ingestion.
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Java
    • Spring Boot
    • Enterprise microservices
    • REST APIs
    • Enterprise integration
    • Data ingestion frameworks
  • Experience designing high-volume enterprise data pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise orchestration tools and integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of IRS enterprise architecture and federal security standards.
  • Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) clearance is required.
