  • Hands-on experience developing and delivering training for IRS Notice Development using OpenText Exstream (formerly HP Exstream).
  • Experience creating structured learning paths, training documentation, and technical curricula.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and collaboration/project management tools such as Jira.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation abilities.
  • Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) clearance is required.
