About the Role
Intragen is looking for an experienced Senior Okta Consultant to join our team on a contract basis, supporting client engagements across advisory, architecture and hands-on delivery. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, design and implement Okta solutions, and guide both stakeholders and technical teams through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops, gather requirements and advise on Okta best practice
• Define solution architecture and produce clear design documentation
• Configure Okta authentication, session and device-assurance policies
• Test, pilot and roll out policies and configurations to live users in a controlled way
• Document your work and produce reusable templates/guides where useful
• Support planning across deliverables, priorities and dependencies
• Provide guidance to junior consultants where needed
• Report progress regularly and keep delivery on track
  

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Okta experience, ideally including Okta Identity Engine, FastPass, phishing-resistant authentication, device assurance and Okta Workflows
• Okta Certified Consultant
• Comfortable leading workshops and managing stakeholders independently
• Experience producing solution architecture and design documentation
• Clear written communication skills
• Able to work across multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus
