Job Description:

Join Deutsche Bank’s Operational / Non-Financial Risk team and help strengthen the management of operational and third-party risks across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders across different business areas, supporting risk assessments, monitoring activities, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing your expertise in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and outsourcing governance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining effective engagement with regulators and senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the implementation of the Operational Resilience framework, including ICT risk oversight, third-party dependencies, regulatory reporting, and legal entity compliance obligations.
  • Provide independent operational risk oversight and challenge across key risk domains, including incident management, scenario analysis, operational losses, and control effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on risk governance, identifying, escalating, and addressing issues that could impact the organization’s resilience, risk profile, or reputation.
  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships and drive risk governance, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement projects to strengthen the overall risk management framework.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Non-Financial Risk, Operational Risk Management, or Third-Party Risk Management.
  • Proven ability to analyze risk data, incidents, and key risk indicators and communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and the broader banking and control environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide independent challenge when required.
  • Highly organized and proactive professional with strong ownership, attention to detail, adaptability, and fluency in English.
