Associate Benefits Analyst – Employee Benefits

Remote | South Central region or Central time zone is preferred.

We’re seeking an Associate Benefits Analyst who will make a meaningful impact by delivering proactive client service, thoughtful benefits strategy, and a high-touch experience for both clients and employees.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do / Your Impact
 
Client Partnership & Data Analysis
  • Assist with placement and service of employee benefits programs for clients
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and insights
  • Research discrepancies and resolve data-related issues
  • Support development of employee communication and educational materials
Operational Excellence
  • Create reports, dashboards, graphs, and visualizations for recurring and ad hoc needs
  • Maintain accuracy, completeness, and quality of all deliverables
  • Assist with monthly carrier reporting and data tracking
  • Load and manage proposal and plan data within internal templates and systems
Strategic Contribution
  • Collaborate with team members on reporting and analytics execution
  • Support internal communications including proposals, reports, and presentations
  • Contribute to process improvements and reporting enhancements
  • Assist in identifying trends or insights that support client strategy

 

Qualifications:

What You Bring
 
Required
  • 1–3 years of experience in employee benefits, data analysis, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic knowledge of health and welfare benefits and ACA requirements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook required)
Preferred
  • Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or business intelligence platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
