What You Can Expect

You will help drive financial planning and forecasting for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow across the company. You will partner with cross-functional teams to build accurate models and deliver actionable insights. You will shape strategic decisions that directly impact business performance and growth.

About the Team

Our Corporate FP&A team delivers company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. We work collaboratively with Accounting and business partners to ensure accuracy and alignment. We exist to provide the financial insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the building and maintaining of annual plans and rolling forecasts for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
• Monitoring performance against forecasts and providing variance analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Delivering financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership on business performance, forecasting accuracy, and key trends
• Developing long-range financial plans that align with strategic business objectives and growth targets
• Evaluating and improving forecasting methodologies, tools, and processes to increase accuracy, scalability, and automation

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Consulting, or related corporate finance roles
• Apply advanced financial modeling skills using Excel and Google Sheets/Slides
• Analyze data using SQL or similar advanced analytical tools
• Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, both written and verbal
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Bring FP&A experience from the software or technology industry
• Lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
