Sua missão: 

Atuar como liderança de processos de equipes do cliente que é uma renomada empresa de mídia norte-americana.
Você deverá trabalhar constantemente com o cliente, ensinando boas práticas, conduzindo ritos, e times. O papel se assemelha mais a um Agile Coach, você irá conduzir treinamentos sobre ágil, processos, métricas, uso de IA, para o time do cliente em inglês, é bem importante ter conhecimento/vivência nestes tópicos e gostar de ensinar. 

Você precisa ter prática com: 
- Domínio da língua inglesa para escrita, leitura e conversação (exposição diária e constante a clientes e parceiros internacionais).
- Experiência com engenharia de software e desenvolvimento de produtos digitais.
- Formação e evolução de times de desenvolvimento multi-funcionais.
- Vivência com frameworks ágeis (i.e. Scrum).
- Habilidade de criar relacionamento de confiança com parceiros e clientes.
- Mindset de produto.
 -Sólida capacidade analítica ecomunicação interpessoal.
-Gestão de backlog
-Organização e comunicação claras.

*Grande parte do time de gestão lado ci&t é de Campinas e região e promovem encontros mensais para trocas de boas práticas. É um plus ter a disponibilidade de participar destes encontros.
