Job description

As a Mid-Market Sales Manager, you will hire, train, coach, and lead a team of new and established Growth Specialists (Account Executives) in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is fully remote.

  • Proven leadership in Pipeline Generation, Deal Progress, and Relationship Management: You have experience overseeing teams responsible for both inbound and outbound sales. You can coach reps on prospecting, working with Business Development Reps, and managing inbound leads effectively. You also have demonstrated success helping reps manage sales processes with multiple stakeholders and working through contract negotiations, procurement, and install base selling.
  • High emotional intelligence: You understand and empathize with others, adapting your communication to maximize your team’s impact.
  • Positive change agent: You hire, lead, and empower teams to drive improvement, navigate change, and consistently achieve results while fostering a fun, transparent, and collaborative culture.
  • Commitment to overachievement: You instill a “never quit” attitude in your team, motivating them to exceed targets even in challenging situations.
  • Data-driven and strategic mindset – Emphasize analytics and KPIs not only for individual team management, but also for territory planning, forecasting, and segment strategy.
  • Structured sales experience: You have experience managing or being managed in a structured sales environment, including sales methodologies, forecasting, and deal stage management.
  • Sound judgment and accountability: You make thoughtful decisions, communicate transparently, and take responsibility for your actions.
  • Team builder and coach: You inspire both individual and collective performance, fostering a strong culture of learning and growth
  • Cross-functional collaboration – Experience working cross functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to drive large accounts.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years leading and coaching a quota-carrying team
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead others successfully
  • Experience managing a consultative sales process with Mid Market and Enterprise clients. This includes managing opportunities with multi-stakeholder organizations, working with procurement, and managing long term pipeline. 
  • Proficiency with CRM tools for managing and forecasting sales opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Cash compensation range: 170000-225000 USD Annually
