Description

The Video Sighting Specialist in Pasig City, Philippines will monitor live and recorded video feeds, review AI-generated alerts, identify relevant incidents, and escalate events according to established procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to remain focused during an eight-hour shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor video feeds, alerts, and system-generated events.
  • Assess activity and classify alerts accurately.
  • Escalate security, safety, or operational incidents when required.
  • Provide clear and factual information during escalations.
  • Document observations, actions, and incident outcomes.
  • Complete accurate shift handovers.
  • Follow customer procedures, privacy requirements, and information-security policies.
  • Report system issues, recurring false alerts, and workflow concerns.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and quality reviews.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, alarm monitoring, incident response, customer support, or a similar environment is preferred.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Good computer, typing, and documentation skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Willingness to work rotating day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a Security Operations Center, monitoring center, or command center.
  • Familiarity with video management, incident-management, or ticketing systems.
  • Experience supporting international customers.
