Role: Senior Atlassian Solution Consultant

Location: World, Remote

Required Skills:

Senior Atlassian Solution Consultant with strong experience leading complex enterprise consulting projects and delivering end-to-end Atlassian solutions

Proven expertise in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Loom) and solid understanding of Data Center vs Cloud environments and scaling strategies

Strong background in requirements engineering, workshop facilitation, and translating business needs into scalable IT solutions

Experience designing governance models, managing migrations, and optimizing app strategies within the Atlassian ecosystem

Excellent stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and communication skills at decision-maker level

Fluent German (C1+) and strong collaboration, leadership, and coaching abilities
