Overview:

Are you ready to help shape the future of travel and hospitality? CoralTree is seeking a Director of Marketing to join our dynamic team supporting Palmilla, Main & Sky and Pioche VillageThe Director of Marketing will lead strategic marketing initiatives across three distinctive properties, each offering unique luxury vacation rental experiences. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in destination marketing, digital strategy, public relations, and brand storytelling. The Director of Marketing will collaborate with property teams to elevate the brand presence, drive revenue growth, and enhance guest engagement. 

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to each property’s unique identity, audience, and market positioning, including an opening strategy for new assets.  
  • Build and maintain brand awareness through cohesive storytelling across all platforms. 
  • Oversee digital ad campaigns, including paid search, display, and social media ads. 
  • Develop and manage META and OTA marketing campaigns to optimize visibility and bookings. 
  • Collaborate with digital agencies to maximize ROI and drive performance analytics. 
  • Plan and execute professional photography and videography shoots. 
  • Partner with social media resource to curate content calendars and grow engagement. 
  • Develop influencer partnerships and itineraries to amplify brand reach. 
  • Oversee email marketing strategies, including leisure, sales, and transactional campaigns. 
  • Implement personalized guest engagement initiatives to increase loyalty and repeat visits. 
  • Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and local partners to promote the properties. 
  • Lead efforts to enhance owner communications and foster community relationships. 
  • Oversee website updates, including property descriptions, landing pages, and blogs. 
  • Implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings. 
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing actionable insights for optimization. 
  • Track KPIs and campaign ROI to inform future marketing strategies. 
  • Create monthly reports and annual plans that strategically align to marketing goals. 
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for all properties. 
  • Oversee invoice processing and financial forecasting for marketing initiatives. 
  • Collaborate cross departmentally with revenue, property managers and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. 
  • Collaborate on guest journey and programming and guest touchpoints to create impact the guest journey to align with the luxury lifestyle positioning. 
  • Work with partners in the real estate side of the business, brand partners, and create local partnerships to drive unique guest experiences. 
  • Work with revenue management to create packaging and promotions that position the property and drive revenue. 
  • Manage technology changes and utilize tools that include AiDaptiveRevinate, Reva, HubSpot, Track, etc. 
  • Communicate effectively with owners, partners, and homeowners. 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of marketing leadership in hospitality, luxury travel, or vacation rentals. 
  • Proven success in digital marketing, social media management, and PR. 
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote with ability to travel to properties as needed. 

Salary range: $110,000/yr.  to $120,000/yr. + bonus
